Summary: You are responsible for keeping the front of the house clean and organized for the guest. Ensuring that each guest sits down to a clean, organized, table free of debris on the floor is your responsibility.
Dishes must be cleared as quickly as possible following the guest leaving. Tables and booth seats are cleaned and sanitized following each visit.
You will need to understand the different cleaning products and use them safely while you perform your duties.
Other duties will be assigned as needed.
You assist servers and dish person as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Well organized, efficient and able to work well under pressure
- Strong work ethic and enjoy a fast pace
- Willing and able to be a team player and work productively with your teammates to get the job done.
